What we have here is a three song promo from death-groove/death-trash Aussie bastards Sulkus. The music here is full of energy, fucking great to listen to, and worth checking out. Although not creating an over abundance of interest or originality for long periods of listen, the tunes on this demo are worthy enough of future support. At times brutal, at times thrashy, or at times even "grooving" (I'm very sorry for having to use that word), the music vomited forth here will hopefully grant these guys a contract with a decent label in the near future (they also have an EP in the works). Vocals are more in a traditional death like sense, not overly deep, but have enough energy and variation in them to prevent the music from dying. And talking about the music, it simply RIPS. Fast paced, great (technical!!) riffs, and *tons* of energy. Look for these guys in the future (well, not if your stuck in a "I only listen to black metal" mess).
