Acid Reign
The Fear
[Under One Flag]

Crossover speed/thrash metal. The vocals can get annoying as it's a limey with spoken-type singing. Guitars rip though. Fast like D.R.I. when they went metal, Anthrax, Agnostic Front's "Cause For Alarm" lp. etc, with mosh riffs/parts blended in. Done well. Lyrics are socially aware, so that's why I rarely will play this (I think like ChorazaiM, if I could push the button to destroy all human life on this planet I would do it this second!)

The reason I bought this was for the last 5 bonus tracks taken from Acid Reign's 1987 debut "Moshkinstein", which is a helluva lot more raw. Their 'hit' song is "Motherly Love" based on the movie Psycho. Kinda blows their cover of Blondie's "Hangin On The Telephone" wasn't included as that was the best thing they ever did. Unless you're caught in a timewarp like me, ignore this old shit.
