Some sort of 4-way split CD with Italian bands I think... the label is Italian at least. The CD starts off with 5 songs of INFERNAL (15 minutes) who play... (surprise, surprise) Norsecore. It goes in one ear and out the other one without leaving any lasting impression. There's about 666000 bands playing that kind of style right now and INFERNAL are somewhere in the middle. Personally I think it's pretty worthless... Next are SUNSHINE'S GONE (3 tracks / 12 minutes) who start off pretty cool with a TORMENTOR like guitar lead. It's pretty thrashy and though they're far from being original right now, there is hope they might grow into something serious. If I'd get a tape from these guys I'd sit down and listen. The next three tracks, another 12 minutes, contain three songs by SOUL TRASITION. They play pretty bizarre Death Metal with clear and growled vocals that sometimes reminds me of Colombian TENEBRARUM. SOUL TRASITION never reach their level of originality, but again, they might grow into something serious. It's audible they try to be themselves... Last but not least we have CON ANIMA who win my sympathy right away by covering TWISTED SISTERs "The Price". A great song that still makes me shiver... and it's executed pretty well. Their own material is also pretty cool and though most of you will not agree as they play more in the Power Metal vein, I still think CON ANIMA are the best band on this rather weird compilation.
