Classic Swedish sounding death metal with that wonderful Sunlight sound (tm?). Some hardcore groove influence (no, not like koRn or Limp Diznick - plagiarism, I know, but I loved that one - more like First 9-era Dominus) that has shown up in recent offerings from Danish death metal bands is present in these songs. Songs are heavy, but short and not entirely satisfying. They feel as if the ideas weren't fleshed out, but then again, the liner notes say that this was written AND recorded in 3 days, so that is definitely the case. Anyway, the disc does have some very cool riffs, so I would recommend checking it out . . before purchasing, of course.
