IN BATTLE is a side-project of members at least from SETHERIAL, don’t know where else. This isn’t the first album of IN BATTLE, I don’t know the others, but in here they are generic fast Swedish metal with Viking lyrics. Their use of drum machine makes them mostly boring even to those who like the Swedish style of fast ”black” metal. There is no special conviction or interest to be heard in here, except maybe the liking for some loud background noise for beer-drinking.
