Sigh are getting stranger and stranger. Their wearing Grateful Dead shirts nowadays. Yipes!!! At some point I believe their continuing to expand and experiment in sound will eventually totally alienate their original fan base. I know a lot of people said "What the fuck" with their last release and I'm sure more will be scratching their heads with this one. Right off the bat I must say the guitar sound is excellent. Yes they are still mixing all types of sounds amongst their traditional metal. I hear horns, piano, slide guitar even. This album seems to be a continuation of Hail Horror Hail but the songs seem to rock a bit more. Definitely an acquired taste, will not appeal to all.
