Edge of Sanity
Unorthodox
[Black Mark]

The second full length album from the world's most underrated band.

Edge of Sanity started off as third rate Entombed clones, and then steadily started to find their own sound in the progressive-goth-death vein, only 7 minutes of the signature E.O.S sound can be found on this album in the epic track Enigma.

Besides those 7 minutes we get the usual buzz-saw guitars, blast beats, and death vocals provided by the immortal Dan Swano (in my opinion the father of the Swedish melodic death scene).

Not that the songs aren't good, but they are pretty standard.

E.O.S diehards and Swedish death metal fans will find this somewhat enjoyable, others steer clear.
