Properly released on vinyl by Iron Pegasus, and with the usual excellent packaging from the label, and limited to 500 hand-numbered copies.
I must admit this is a fine comeback for the band. The last CD was rather disappointing, although it was a decent slab of very modern sounding black metal. Impiety have actually reverted to a more unique ancient sound here, and are in as good form as they were for the legendary 7". No corpse paint this time around, but still loads of leather and spikes...
The vocals are more Venom influenced this time around it seems (with some thick accenting), and if it weren't for the HEAVY guitars and blasting drums, I'm sure a few similar sounding riffs could be found within the music. I might not be 100% accurate on this one, but 'Skullfucking Armageddon' is pretty damn close to the last two Immortal recordings with the catchy riffs and occasional blast fest. The fuckin' perfect production doesn't hurt either!
