All of you know Slayer so I will spare you the boring introduction. “Hell Awaits” is Slayers best work, and perhaps the finest Black/Thrash Metal album of all time.

“Hell Awaits” kicks off with the chilling title track, which starts with the demonic chant, which says, “Join Us” backwards. “Kill Again” slashes its way into the mind of the listener. One classic track after another brutalizes the listener, I myself had to put my head back on after listening to this one. If you think your life is worth anything, and you don’t own this album, you’re wrong. Every Metal maniac in the world should own this album.
