Before I got that demo, I only knew PROFANE CREATION from Brazil for their official livetape released in 1995. The sound was quite poor but the music seemed really good, Evil Black Metal a bit like old BATHORY recordings and maybe influenced by some Greek bands (NECROMANTIA, ROTTING CHRIST and a couple of other bands). This "studio CD", which is in fact a demo released on CDR format through a very underground Brazilian label called "Mega Therion Black Metal Records", showed me I was right : the music is really evil ; this is heavy black metal. "Heavy" doesn't mean i has some Heavy metal parts, but it suggests that the main influence of this band is mainly the old Greek scene, with its heavy guitar riffs, this sepulchral feeling that reminds you of cemeteries and grave desecrations... Previous band releases were the '93 demo "Into the dark side", '94 demo tape "Supremacy", '95/96 promo tape "In the same of supreme black arts...NEMA" and split CD'97 with INQUISITION. The band is supposed to have released then a MCD called "Revival", but I don't know if it came out or is still unreleased... If you can give me any info, please get in touch.
