Definitely not the style of black metal I prefer. Thin production, drum machines, (though they are well programmed compared to most), not much contrast or variety of emotion in the screamed vocals, and no real overly distinctive riffs, or real distinctive style to be honest. Basically this went through with no emotion garnered, no real hate for it, nor a real like either. However I can appreciate the effort that has went into it as it is not sloppily done, not half assed in any way. I think through a couple of years of development and and the formation of an actual band, there is promise. As it stands now though the single entity behind it is at the beginning of an journey. Where he goes next is anyone's guess.
