Mütiilation
Ten Years Of Depressive Destruction
[End All Life]

End All Life finally released that long awaited DLP of MUTIILATION containing a compilation of tracks recorded throughout their whole history, from their early approximative beginnings in 1992 to the nowadays fast black metal times of the band. This DLP doesn't really offer rare material because the fanatics of the band already have all these recordings either as demo tapes or tape dubs or on bootleg CDs. Tthis is just a compilation of tracks (20 in total), it is not a release on which you'll find the wole demos. Only one or 2 tracks from each demo are available on this DLP. The only unreleased tracks are (I think) the "Holocaust in mourning dawn" track with the drummer on vocals and "Dawn of the fallen angel - non metal version". On the second side of the second LP you'll also find the live gig played by the band in Gransee, Germany, for the Under The Black Sun 2 Fest from July of 2001. Apart from this, if you're into tape trading you certainly have all this demo material. That's why I would advise only MUTIILATION fanatics to buy this compilation DLP (it is actually a gatefold DLP with superb layout but this is normal as it is an EAL release !), the others may not find any interest in it, because some songs have an approximative production, they sound "non-professionnal" and if you're not used to MUTIILATION's sound you will not understand the music here but I giuess if you read this review you are already a MUTIILATION addict...
