Nice idea to sell this sampler CD for a couple of dollars... It presents some of the bands from that famous (and very controversial) German label in 1997. So you will find on this CD some stuff by DIMMU BORGIR (2 tracks from the "For all tid" CD, first out on NC records), VELES (1 song from "Night on the bare mountain"), FORGOTTEN WOODS (1 track from "The curse of mankind"), the mighty GRAVELAND (1 track from "In the glare of burning churches", 1 from "the celtic winter" re-issue and 1 advance track for the upcoming LP "Following the voice of blood"), FALKENBACH (1 track from "En their medh riki fara" and one unreleased song) and URGEHAL (3 tracks from "Arma christi"). Basically all the bands on this CD are really good black metal acts, so it makes an interesting compilation of this record. In addition to this it contains 1 unreleased song by the great FALKENBACH and one "unmixed track" from GRAVELAND so the interest in getting this comp. CD gets stronger. And as it is very cheap as said in the booklet : "if you pay more than 8 DM / us $ 6 for this compilation you are an idiot !" So don't be an idiot and get this sampler if you like underground black metal.
