Looking for ambient music recommendations. I'm already very familiar with Dead Can Dance, a bit of Tangerine Dream and obviously later ambient efforts from black metal artists. Any thoughts?

Im also looking for some very vocal heavy ambient in the vein of DCD preferably with the same ancient, ecclesiastical (...I see it that way, I don't pay attention to whatever the lyrics are about - the atmosphere is totally religious) kind of atmosphere.
