Does anybody know of any (preferably European) labels that sign Heavy or ("Melodic") Speed Metal bands, and which aren't inundated with shitty Power Metal?

Trawling the web, not finding much at the moment.

AFM Records. There's a few standouts like Helstar and Suidakra, but their roster is mostly trash. Good luck finding a label not inundated with crappy bands, though.
