Zoophilia can lead to penis cancer

If you're searching for a reason not to have sex with animals, add this to the list: It could give you penis cancer, according to a new study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

The authors found that men who have had sex with animals were twice as likely to develop penile cancer as those who stick with their own kind.

Lead author Stenio de Cassio Zequi, a urologist in Sao Paulo, gave Live Science his theory explaining the increased risk.

"We think that the intense and long-term SWA [sex with animals] practice could produce micro-traumas in the human penile tissue," Zequi said. "The genital mucus membranes of animals could have different characteristics from human genitalia, and the animals' secretions are probably different from human fluids. Perhaps animal tissues are less soft than ours, and non-human secretions would be toxic for us."

A female member of Equality For All, a pro-zoophilia group, told The Huffington Post that the results of the study should prompt people to take precautions, like using a condom, when having sex with animals, but she said it likely would not deter diehard zoophiles.

"Expecting people who truly love animals to give up their sexuality and nature just because of some physical dangers would be as absurd as expecting gays to become straight because of AIDS," Sallie Graves wrote in an email.

That they could find enough people to actually perform a valid study is, in and of itself, testament to just how fucked humans really are. And some still wonder why many of us view a good portion of mankind as ripe for the gas-chamber.

I'm wondering if they'll put out government ads warning people to wear a condom if they have sex with animals. The public should be informed!

I can just envision the backlash by the furry community claiming this as junk science.

Zoophilia is a common and healthy practice.

It was common for fathers to initiate their sons with goats in middle ages.

Yeah, but they don't practice bestiality (*wink wink).  They just have consensual sex with other people who pretend to be animals.  This is normal and healthy and totally unrelated.  It's not like these people are routinely found to be psychologically disturbed goat fuckers.

It's common knowledge. And that happened not just on the middle ages.

Interview with former Brasil president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in 1979:

Playboy - With what age you've had your first sexual experience?
Lula - With 16 years.
Playboy - Was it with a man or with a woman?
Lula - (Surprised) - With a woman, of course! But, in that time, dirty stuff was much bigger than today. A boy, in that time, with 10, 12 years, already had sexual experience with animals... We did a lot more nasty than the kids do today. It was a more free world...

I have no idea how common bestiality is but it's funny that you should call it healthy.  I just read an article somewhere that said that fucking animals gives you penis cancer.  I can't remember off the top off my head where it was, but I'll try to find it.

NHA

Well, nothing in excess is good. Even smoking can be healthy.

Hold up a second.

(1) If 2 out of 100,000 people get penis cancer, "double" the risk isn't that huge.

(2) People have been fucking animals since the dawn of time. Why? Because it's there. I'm not convinced it's wholly bad. If you and your favorite sheep want to get it on, it's really no different than picking up some dripping cunt in a bar and taking her home for a roll. Alert the PUA people!

(3) Be very careful about studies like this. Actually, be careful about any study. They are statistically misleading. If they interviewed 40 drunk Brazilian farmers and 35% of them SAY they have fucked a sheep, it doesn't mean much. If the study is funded by a group with a political or social interest, they'll cherrypick data.

"Science" is wrong more often than it is right, and our statistical method is a big part of the problem. It's inaccurate data collection and inaccurate drawing of conclusions.
