DEP is stupid music and not metal

I don't want to talk about this retard's public criticism of metal, but about his stupid music. DEP isn't metal. I don't know what it is but it's like a technical version of Insane Clown Posse or Korn. Like pop music this is all surface and no content, which makes it inherently boring and shitty.

That is the way I've always viewed it. When I first heard that style of music I thought, "oh terrific, it's technical Nu-metal...making an already abominal rip-off of metal even more obnoxious..." I figured it was a fad that would die quickly and horribly. Sadly, I once again underestimated the near total lack of taste and appreciation of art on the part of so many.
