I'm very interested in this. In what it means. I know it is a joke, but I want to get in the author's mind: What is the meaning of the joke? Why associate dimmu borgir with anal sex, or any of the other people who were associated with that here (steve jobs, metallica)?

Does it simply mean that the act of anal sex is a symbol for the kind of sex those people represent as opposed to the more glorious heterosexual sex?

The idea behind it is that dimmu borgir adopted an image based aesthetic with lyrics that focused on being extreme and anti Christian for shock value. The result is that everything comes off as campy, and the music a direction less carnival.

The association to anal sex is nothing more than going with the anus theme of the site named anus. Anal sex used to be a taboo so that would seem to fit in rather well with the satire.
