I found recently, that Kaczynsky had authored a book, mostly containing letters, called Technological Slavery. In the foreword he says he is no original thinker, and cites a Jacques Ellul as a main inspiration for his thougths on the dangers of technology. In an interview he also mentions some Christian anarchists writers.
I never heard of these his mentors before.
