I know there's a lot of animal cams out there, but these guys aren't captive. If you're lucky you get to see the dad bring some prey back to the nest.

This is sort of the original nexus of bird cams. I suggest we ham this one up; more affection for birds can't steer humanity wrong.

You're quite the altruist, promoting bird cams for humanity.

For humanity? -- I don't think so. I want the humans to stop killing the birds.

How do you know but every bird that cuts the airy way is an immense world of delight closed by your senses five?   :o

I find people are either one way or the other on such issues. They either generally respect nature and animal life or totally don't give a shit and just see it as either entertainment or commodifiable resourses. My only hope is that they might go on if we ever wipe ourselves out.

Birds taste good and if you don't kill them, they shit everywhere. We have to maximize convenience according to J.S. Mill so we should eat the birds, clean less shit and replace nature with TV screens.

Crows taste so bad that nothing will eat them with the single exception of owls.
It's the best reason I've ever heard for eating carrion.
Actually, birds are fascinating, if you spend enough time around them.
Each one has every bit as much personality as a human.
