Nazism almost created a new paganism. Satanism collapses into petty individualism coupled with hedonistic desires. As for what is the "best", I'd go with Paganism. But what is important in this day and age is to extract the values and outlook inherent in these religions and apply it to the modern world. We no longer need personified deities to express these things. These figures can live on as allegories or nicknames to natural forces, but worship of "gods" would be pointless at this stage.

Nothing neo can be reactionary. Reactionaries are defined as an old order attempting to resist a rising new order. Christianity is/was the old order in our time and many Christians have reactionary leanings.

That quote only applies so long as the blasphemer believes they are blasphemous, in such recognizing god. A man who has never heard of god or his teachings cannot be a blasphemer. Because he knows not what blaspheme is.

Not really. Smarter people have things to create, but dumb people have nothing to do but lie in wait and try to steal.

Think about it: the best peoples originated in areas where they were hard to reach.

They ran away from the masses so they could exist without morons stealing, lying, raping, cheating, and being otherwise parasitic.

It's easy as hell to live near the equator. Great civilizations arising there are few and quickly degenerated.

That's true, like Mayans per example. Their culture completely degenerated long before the arrival of the Spanish 'conquistadores'.
But in this case the "stupid" people was the strongest one as well. Just like in our modern society, the weak ones are those go get to the higher levels in our society. How we praise actors? or basketball players?
Rappers? models?. The list is longer.
