Galveston is going to get raped. The real problem with this one is the storm surge, which at high tide, is going to sodomize Galveston. It is headed for us, but it's not a Category 3-4 storm, so it should be like a really intense thunderstorm. Where I am, the real fear is of secondary tornadoes forming. We are boarding windows, and I have a "little friend" in case of rioting, but we've never had that here. Galveston might have it; like NOLA, it has a high percentage of criminals, although they're more poor whites and Hispanics than African-Americans at this point.
