Have you heard of Infinited Hate? I'm totally ignorant about newer Dutch Metal but these guys sound monstrous. Quite enjoyable, riffing that damn near takes you though a journey. Try listening to the sample songs from the "Heaven Termination" album, those seem to be my favorite. The tracks from that album are "Demoniacial Sepulture" and "The Purity Corrupted."

i gave up being a hardcore dirtball for other kinds of music about 15 years back but a couple days ago i was feeling nostalgic for some Suffocation and another band from around my neck of the woods (myspace.com/cromlechmn) and ran across this place.

i'm impressed,might have to hang around for a while and catch up on all the music i missed out on.

The number of students here is impressive, though slightly worrying, given that "students" generally remind me of liberal leftist hipster faggots trying to campaign for even more socialism in their countries.

It may be just me Cargest, but maybe this is just a good outlet for those with conservative standards in a world where the young are generally liberal.

Plato is like... the father figure I always wish I had when growing up: wise, patient, kind and aggressive about being realistic. I love him. Other than that, my bio's uninteresting. Family man with demi-professional job, like to be outdoors and shoot guns/play guitar/read/hang out with my cats.

Come to think of it, that's boring as hell. Replace with "homeless jenkem addict" and we're set.

I've been looking for a good place to talk music with people but every so called metal forum  I've seen so far just wasn't for me. I'm 30 years old and have been into metal/rock n roll for as long as I can remember. Hearing Ozzy, Maiden, Priest, Motorhead, the Doors, Sabbath on the radio as a 5 year old kid (85) had a profound influence on me. Then I found Metallica, GNR , Megadeth etc a few years later (87) and the older I got the more I looked for heavier and heavier stuff. I'm kind of purist about my music. I hate rap (no exceptions) and I do not like nu-metal or metal-core with very few exceptions. i do like a little bit of classical (I'm very picky about it) and a few european folk songs (I do not like folk metal though).

The whole nihilism thing I do not understand, but I don't mind hearing what you have to say. I might agree with some of it but I make no promises.
I am very nationalist/separatist in my ideology but don't pigeonhole me to a stereotype as I might not be what you expect.

This place is much more grounded and focused than your average metal board. Lots of interesting discussion. I recommend reading up on the FAQ for the website to get what ANUS is all about. Not everyone here is in total agreement with the organization, mind you, but I am quite sure that the majority of members on this board do agree with some things ANUS advocates.

Beyond that, check out the Audiofile section for probably the best assortment of downloadable music on the web. If you have questions, the admins and staff are always around to lend a hand, as well as oldfag members such as myself.

Also be sure to check out the bands worth hearing thread for good recommendations. How about you post up some of the things you've been listening to and enjoying recently? Perhaps we could suggest other works for you.
