Obviously it's color enhanced, but they still stick with the original wavelength. They're just cranking up the kelvin and contrast channels for the most part. But the structure itself is unmodified. I know Saturn and Jupiter are seen in photos as very color enhanced as well. Through a small telescope from the ground the few details (rings and cloud bands respectively) are overwhelmingly brilliant white, with mild grey and yellow for each object. Their many moons only appear as teeny weeny specks of silvery grains around them.
