The end bit seems like a parody of basically every 2005+ postmodern action movie trailer when at the epic climax of some people fighting some other people or monsters someone says "could it be that he is the chosen one/egocentric post-christian individualist Jesus Ubermensche parody figure with super powers to save the world?!!" and the title rolls or cuts to black for a second before we get to watch a scene of flashy, useless destruction.
