Albums about the decline of civilization/humanity

I don't want to start a survey topic, but I'm looking for albums/popular fiction/movies about the end of civilization in a Spengler/Toynbee sense.

From music, I guess there's:

1. Black Sabbath, The Mob Rules
2. Botch, We are the Romans

Any others appreciated.

Only heard this for the first time this week, but it was the first thing I could think of:

The Sigrblot section of "Weltenfiend," three-way split between them, Absurd and Grand Belial's key. Lyrical themes focus heavily on Indian-mythological end time stuff, but musically, their first album "Blodsband" is much better, and covers a lot of the same topics.
"I hung there on a cross as you are hanging, and I lived, thanks to circumstances and a stamina peculiar to barbarians. But you civilised men are soft; your lives are not nailed to your spines as are ours. Your fortitude consists mainly in inflicting torment, not in enduring it. You will be dead before sundown." - REH
