The Eiffel tower? mmm... I donīt know.... I've always thought about it as a sculpture more than architecture... I mean the space inside is almost unuseful, I think, and doing architecture is basically doing with the space, what the musicians make with the notes, or what the writers do with language... art...  the beauty of the tower is obviously, I think, more (or basically) exterior than interior...

You know, the problem with this is when metal gets to stupid people.  I've known local metalheads who actually do satanic rituals because they think that's part of being a fan of black metal.

Well, I live in Latin America, and the university radio of the country I live in only play leftist latin american trova music (silvio rodriguez, pablo milanes, mercedes soza and shit like that) but you can see a lot of people  with long hair and maiden t-shirts. There was also this guy from a local band who used to sell pirate metal albums on the passages and he told me  the business was running good until the guards fucked him up for carrying pot on his bag.

OK, this might seem stupid for you (I never thought I would be talking about this) but anyway, I'd like to know what do you think about it.

I spend all night awaken sometimes doing university homeworks, but this particular night I saw this black haired woman through my bedroom's window, I didn't made a big deal, but then I realized that I live alone, and that it was already past midnight.  I also have this ''dreams'' where I awoke but I can't move, I mean I see my bedroom and everything around it, but I can't move or make any noise, and when I close my eyes I feel I fall so deep... It freaks me out man! what the hell do you think it is? have something like this happened to you once?  I mean shits like this seem stupid, but they happen sometimes...

Also  I've been thinking, why using satan as a metaphor to oppose christianism, when satan is also a product of christianism.  I mean, you're not out or away of christianism when you praise or hail satan, even using it as a metaphor.  Also why use satan as a metaphor, he was weak, and he lost.

Metal / Satanic Imagery or Satanic Beliefs?

Tom Araya

Despite the anti-Christian and pseudo-Satanic nature of a good number of Slayer's songs, Araya is a devout Catholic, and used to enjoy going to church with his father when he was younger. Tom was very popular and happy in High School
