Metal / Re: How to have a hit #1 single

Absolute gold.
Expect my new album to be #1 on the charts by next month.
I shall title it: "Bling Boy - I txt u baby'

Atomizer are a great band from Oz. 'Death, Mutation, Disease, Annihilation' is a highly enjoyable album.

The rarely mentioned Reverend Kriss Hades solo album also warrants attention from those seeking something interesting and original.

I missed out on seeing Atomizer a while back, I was going to check them out, but things got in the way. I shall have to check them out.

I'm over all kinds of preachy religeous Black Metal. In all forms. I like Black Metal, but I find such preachy crap like 'Hail Satan, lord of Darkness...' or the christian equivalent equally as stupid as 'Hail Odin... etc etc'. Is there any fundamental difference between being a christian gospel band and being a satanic Black Metal band preaching devil worship. Not really.
Although I still listen to some Satanic bands, like Antaeus and Empeor, and other alternate religeous bands like Burzum.
But I find imaginative stuff like Summoning much more evoking of imagination, bands who take inspirational fictional and other imaginative and fantasy based themes and apply them to their music or lyrics.
As opposed to the bluntly religeous trends that come and go in this genre.

Sorcier des Glaces is great.
Snowland is a solid release, not the best ever but a good release nonetheless. I really like his sound. It is very hard edged in parts adding extreme tension then juxtaposing it with soaring melodic lines to create a brilliant soundscape.

What is everyone's take on 'Absu'?
I quite like them, especially their imagery and mythology, from the Barathrum VITRIOL era.

It seems kind of odd, the fact that you could imagine that a christian musician would be no better or worse than any other, but for some reason. Christian Black Metallers seem to make horrible music most of the time, that and the fact I know the songs are about God just make me turn off. White Metal is for retards.

There is nothing wrong with Antaeus, they have a good fundamental understanding of Black Metal musically and philosophically.

Leave the European Nationalism to the AHF and ANUS forums.
There is a reason why I doubt i'm going to go back to the main forums, and that is because I am sick of the senseless Heathenism and clubhouse mentality Nationalism.
It belongs on the AHF forums, not the Nihilist Forums, and certainly fucking not here.
This forum is about Black and Death Metal, don't derail it because 'Black Metal is dead cry cry cry'.
I don't listen to new BM, just old.

If that is the case, this being called Irminsul, and being about topics of Heathen interest,
then I will not be reading this ezine,
and I am sure many people will agree with me.
I am sick of this Heathen thing.... so very sick of it.
I just want a good Black and Death Metal zine,
not a zine for Norse Viking Metal and their assosciated values.
