Admit it though, without the posters who speak their minds, this forum would be a pretty fucking boring place, don't you think?

What we'll have would be a bunch of Hitler fanboys kissing each others' behinds after an exchange of "Holier than thou" self-serving bullshit.

p.s. is there any truth to the rumor circulating in the sandalwearish media about the Fuhrer actually being a coprophiliac*?

Metal / Re: Profanatica - Profanatitas De Domonatia

Just amazing!

Profanatitas De Domonatia is an effective cure for insomnia.

Kidding aside and no offense to those who thought of it differently, it does sound at times like an ugly, mutated monstrosity, all parts and no soul. The first song, for example, ripped off "Christening the Afterbirth's" dirging riffs and coupled it with black metal vocals. Patiently, yours truly waited for aeons to see if something interesting happens halfway through the song but sadly, nothing happened. Am I missing something here or is this album just the truly, steaming heap of shit that it truly is?

In some ways, the Hessian movement share some similarities with that hardcore scene. The only difference is that A.N.U.S obviously disagrees with emo  and weeping like a mama's boy on stage which that scene represents.

Interzone / 80'S Polish death metal

Here's my verdict (or to be more humble about it: opinion).

Scarecrow is a decent band although they sometimes tend to relapse into mediocrity with their somewhat Sarcofago influenced style of death metal. The great surprise though is Nuctumeron with their vocalist sounding at times like "Gods of War" era Blasphemy. Separator also was great and showed great promise, to think only their countrymen, Vader got a high profile recording contract is truly unconscionable. Where do you think these guys are now? Selling insurance or spending time as middle-aged telemarketers with bloated beer bellies?
The rest of the other bands though I never found of much interest, probably because they all sound the same or dated.

I think they (Black Sabbath) were hippies. Ozzy even idolized The Beatles for Christ's sake. If Adolf Hitler was the epitome of the straight edge nazi, one who shuns excessive alcohol intake and other vices, then Black Sabbath would be the wrong choice to represent his ideas. That's because Ozzy and Co., at the height of their career were blatant and unbridled hedonists. Back then they would probably fuck anyone with a skirt on.
And yeah, War Pigs is anything but a pro-war song. If it wasn't, then they should've titled it "Architecture of Aggression" or some other shit.

Interzone / Re: Metal music listeners more intelligent?
« on: May 26, 2008, 01:46:41 AM »
Surely now the epileptoids who lack the mental balls to work as a cashier or an accountant for a multinational company are blushing. They're obviously more intelligent because they happen to listen to shitty Morbid Angel and Deicide albums, haha. First, you must define what you think as intelligent because there are two types of what we think of as intelligent.
There is the geek type of intelligent, you know the overeducated type who buries himself in a ton of books and never seems to see real life beyond the halls of academe. People of this sort choose to find solutions to problems through the creation of theories.
Then we have the person who solves problems in real time because this type of individual choose to live in the real world than to hide like a maggot in a university library.
Who do you think of the two is smarter?

Given the sad lack of interesting alternatives or choices in the coming elections, what do you think are some fresh ideas that Hessians and Nihilists could give to the American public in order to bring change to America?

Nietzsche's book "Anti-Christ" says it all: a great multitude of mediocrity (in modern times, more Michael Moore wannabes and more idiots uploading crap at youtube) is required in order for the "overman" or great man of genius and ability to emerge. Perhaps if stupidity is penalized and tolerance for laziness is legislated as criminal behaviour, then maybe the creation of a gas chamber for dullards and shitheads would be the next logical step.

Some remarkable fright films:

Nightbreed, From Beyond, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Silence of the Lambs.

Slayer's song "Dead Skin Mask" is obviously influenced by the two latter films.

White male property owners? I hate to burst your bubble but I once read an article about this norwegian guy (white) who got kicked out of the house by his Filipino wife. Guess what, the bloke didn't have any money and was a jobless fuck. He has to depend on his wife put food on his belly.

Stop whining about the system and instead contribute. No wonder this world is so fucked up.

Showing off with the multilingual shit huh? World Peace is a pipe dream. Greed, selfishness, inequality, competition are realities of life. These are facts, the individual who adapt these natures to his advantage stand a greater chance of surviving than the wishful thinkers out there.

I wonder what's up with all this pantera bashing, IMHO it's the black and death metal bands who are truly gay, why? Because there's no woman who would watch the shows of those retards. So who are they gonna fuck backstage after their mini concerts huh?

Is it possible that metal actually originated from another planet? There are theories that seem to prove that the ancient vikings weren't truly earth natives but landed on the planet thousands of years before Immortal or Burzum started musical sub-genres.

Interzone / 30's fiction and the spirit of metal
« on: November 28, 2007, 01:54:10 AM »
The so-called "pulp fiction" of the 1930's is actually the golden era of American popular literature in that the romantic ideals of the populace were expressed in works of fantasy by such writers as H.P. Lovecraft and Robert E. Howard.
Reading their stories makes me imagine what could be a good metal soundtrack to accompany such epic classics as the "Dunwich Horror" or the Beowulf inspired "Valley of the Worm"
Does anyone on this board read any of those treasures from Weird Tales?
