Metal / Terrorizer magazine

After not buying this for a couple of years, I just picked up the latest issue while in town. Overall. I think the mag is a shadow of what it was 10 years ago but there is a VERY GOOD 20 page DEATH METAL SPECIAL including a brief history as well as features on Florida, Stockholm and progressive DM. Albums of the month are Deicide and Mastodon and there are interviews with Deicide, Grave, Terrorizer and Tom Araya as well as a free cd. Does anyone else still buy this mag? Do they even sell it beyond this country (England)?

Can anyone tell me what the 8 bands/ album covers on the above banner are?

I recognise Amorphis, Demilich, Burzum, Bathory and the Necromantia / Varathron split (I think),
but can`t quite put my finger on the other 3.
