I was never a comic-fan, but I did find Silver Surfer engaging, for a short while.

That's interesting, as a way of looking at things.
I make no distinction between 'soul' and 'spirit', and see both as 'potential', which may also be considered as an electrical phenomenon.
Before becoming electrical, in the sense of the potential to become it.
Potential is the best way I have found to translate the reality into words.

There is a background organizing structure to this potential, which fits perfectly, to organize all potential, into patterns of structure.
Patterns exist, everywhere, both inside and outside the physical body. That is what space is: context for the structure of potential.

Blah blah blah...

Somebody is going to have to invent some better way of communicating than by the use of words.

It's not 'like' anything at all.
That's why people have such difficulty with it.
Remove every human notion, along with context, and there it is: heaven.

I've been dead. Or at least, freed from any connection to my body/mind.
No, Transcix, not as in astral travel.
Previewed death as death is: freedom and balance. Timelessness. Eternity. Emotionlessness.
Everything, everywhere, always.
Nice to know what awaits, whenever one arrives.
Also nice to not have arrived yet.

Did that a long, long time ago.
Please stop projecting yourself onto me, k thanks.

Greenpeace is a left-wing busybody corporation obsessed with power.
A bunch of lunatics.
Be your own group. Care for stuff on a personal level.

Leftism is an effective insulation against spirituality or any recognition of the spiritual.
Ego renders the spiritual invisible.
Remove ego and the world explodes into life.

She offered her honor.
He honored her offer.
So all night long he was on her and off her.

From a public toilet in Squamish, BC, Canada.

What do you need other articles or studies on this, for?
Aren't you one of those who can form his own opinions on things?
What do you think?

For my part: as one of horribly high IQ, society is not a viable proposition.
However, as a result of said IQ, I have been able to develop strategies for dealing with the state of things.
I don't get depressed, any more, and barely react at all to the accelerating madness.
It's a matter of separation from the craziness. Both physically and psychologically.
Plugging back into nature is important.
Maintaining vigilant honesty and integrity is, too.

Man can survive, even thrive, in all manner of hostile environments.
If he remains adaptable. And adequately prepared.

Copied from a comment on amerika.org ...

"Given my observations of people, and they way they generally are, I would say that those who hate Jews, do so, because Jesus was one.
Had he been an Irishman, the Jew-haters would, instead, be Irish-haters.
The Irish probably donít know how lucky they are!
(Or any other ethnic group, for that matter)."

Excellent :)
Emptiness is such a good concept precisely because it offers the ego an opportunity to disappear.

I take emptiness to mean emptiness. Nothing in it. Void.
I take consciousness to mean consciousness. Nothing in the way of being conscious.
Then again, I am English. Old school. Educated. Where words (used to) carry unchanging meanings that everyone knew.
I understand that the internet has made a parody of this essential means of communication, and so now, what we see, is nobody understanding anything,
It's a real epidemic, and there's nothing to be done about it except approach any attempt at communication with good-will.
Even then, the outcome is generally doomed.
Do we care about this?
We probably should.

Typical. After a lifetime of utter poverty I get to be rich. Just in time for my riches to become worthless.
At least I've had plenty of practice being poor. I may be well-armed for whatever lies ahead, after all.

Well, that's interesting stuff. At least partially likely.
Nothingness may be one way to describe it, although if you are fortunate enough to join with it, it is very far from nothingness.
It contains everything, everywhere, always. The busiest of busy things, yet utterly calm and ordered at the same time.
Each facet interlocking with itself, endlessly, in a perfect sense of sense.
Consciousness is the potential everything has to connect with consciousness.
Quantum physics has nothing on this stuff.
Once experienced, it becomes all there is to consider.
Why are mystics crazy? This is why.
Only they are not crazy, but changed in a way impossible for the unchanged to fathom.
I think everything wild lives inside this consciousness.
It's only humans that have trouble with it.
Their own egos are all there is.

It means what it says. If it doesn't mean anything to you, you haven't discovered it yet.
If it sounds like new age hocus pocus, that may be because new age hocus pocus is hocus pocus, taking truths, or partial truths, without understanding those truths, and bandying them about, sans context.
Nobody knows anything, until they know it.
Which seems to be a point so fine that most fail to notice.
It's a strange thing, the internet:
Full of people that if they read something they haven't already read, quotable elsewhere, then they ridicule it without consideration.
I don't understand that at all.
As for challenging anybody, no, not so much a challenge as an invitation for input.
I asked what people thought. They told me. I responded. End of story.
