Found this one:

Made this one:

-I know that this is album-specific instead of universal, but thought that it could inspire some.

Rotting Christ's Non Serviam and Sacramentum's Far Away From the Sun are the first works that come into my mind when thinking about "dreamlike" BM.

..also in Europe!

(for some reason, Google Translate was unable to process this page)

-To be frank, I thought that something like this would be a quintessential example of "only in Sweden" phenomena(those of you who've been following what's going on in "the only working socialist state in the world", should understand what I mean), but it's great to see that truly progressive method of childraising is being done elsewhere too.

I've also noticed that the blog comment section is a complete garbage dump - a way to alleviate this would be to make commenting possible only for a logged-in forum member.

Metal / Re: What metal makes you "raise your sword"?

Autopsy - Charred Remains
-While this doesn't exactly "raise my sword", there's no other metal song that would bring such a molar-to-molar grin to my face.

..as for the actual "raise your sword" songs:

Manowar - Kill With Power
-Manowar might not be gay for real, but they surely know what we all want: sweaty, hardbodied men in tight leather and big, phallic guitars :)
RIP Scott.

Slayer - Die by the Sword
-Show No Mercy has been mentioned on this thread pretty many times and indeed, it doesn't get any better than this.

Discharge - Ain't No Feeble Bastard

Antaeus - Inner War

Motorhead - Iron Fist

Intestine Baalism - An Anatomy of the Beast(past the point of 4:50)
-A part of very good footage of my favorite Japanese band.

Bolt Thrower - ...for Victory

Immortal - A Sign for the Norse Hordes to Ride

An exhaustive analysis on what True Finns and their success is truly about

The biggest general misconception about these nationalist-populist parties that have been emerging in Europe in the recent years is that they would be right-wing.
Lowered taxes, small government, unregulated market, etc, i.e. the matters that are right-wing policy in the real definition of the word are not a part of their agenda - the nationalist-populist parties are usually conservative in all aspects, economy included.

Black Funeral - Vampyr - Throne of the Beast
This one is quite possibly the most underrated USBM album ever and is IMHO just as significant as Joined in Darkness or Dethrone the Son of God. It has the powerful medieval atmosphere of Vlad Tepes, but is a more compressed/technical rendition of this style.

(and yes, I noticed that what kind auto-completion "help" the writing form provided..)

Metal / Re: Antediluvian - Watchers Reign Compilation

The cover picture is pretty obscure, but it looks disturbingly much that the creature on the middle has a huge hard-on..

Antediluvian is definitely one of the most promising metal bands right now. They mix the cave metal sound to an interesting combination of the chaotic dissonance of Portal and the compressed blasting of Niden Div. 187 and their drummer is a girl(!)

As I was the first to use the label "cave metal" for this Incantation/Demoncy/Blasphemy sound, I got interested and googled it: the only song that was found to be labeled as "cave metal" was this. o_O

Metal / Impaled Nazarene update
« on: December 08, 2010, 12:54:30 PM »
Impaled Nazarene have finished their newest album and have placed some material for free listening:
A completely free EP in their homepage
Roughly 1-minute-long samples of their new songs in their Gayspace page
Sounds pretty dull "blackened" melodic hardcore/grindcore for me, but judge for yourselves.
