Good stuff, very funny especially if you grew up with the kind of people who would take this very seriously. I knew parents who were very sure that playing Pokemon (card game or on your Gameboy) automatically fills you with demons.

Here's more good stuff (though whether it is parody is anyone's guess... Like I said, lots of people would take this very seriously).

Hey thanks for the link!  I have a thanksgiving dinner coming up with my fiance's side who has a few religious maniacs, this will make perfect dinner conversation.

I'm really interested in satanism, I search a lot but I don't find what I expect... So for you humans, what is? Opinions, links, experiences, etc... Help me Know what is it. I'm interested in the original Satanism, not the Laveyan.

What I find:
Joy Of Satan Neo-Nazi Satanic Idiot Site
Church Of Satan Laveyan

Joy of Satan has some good information on meditation, i would read those sections.

This is hilarious, it must be a joke.

This was an amusing read though

What do you look forwards to? Anything? Nothing? Lots of things?
An interesting question, perhaps, for nihilists.
I don't look forward to many things, but I definitely have a few.
Tell me yours, and I'll tell you mine.

Climbing more mountains.  I've found this to be extremely rewarding in so many ways, so I look forward to seeing more of the heights and challenging myself further.

On a more material level, I'm also looking forward to building on my home.

Philips made some sturdy discmen as well. I got 9 years of daily (ab)use out of this model.

The Sansa device looks interesting because it plays FLACs. 8GB=~ 15 albums.
How would playing FLACs impact battery life?

I would have to test this out, i only have a few flac albums downloaded.  Ill keep you posted if your interested though.

i dont think stores carry the discman anymore. Check pawnshops or second hand stores, they might have a couple kicking around.  If you want to get a good MP3 player and not an Ipod i recommend Sansa Clip.  It has a 4 gig memory with an drive for an additional 4 gig memory stick.  4 members of my family have one and have had no problems. Its small, light, easy to use, affordable , and has good battery life.

here is a pic of it

Suffocation sounds cool.  Any response beyond this is pointless as they all lead to personal preference and opinion.

Thanks for the useless report. Did you read that in People Magazine at the grocery store?

Blaspherian and Averse Sefira are the only texan bands i still listen to.  I used to really like Birth A.D`s EP but after hearing that underwhelming filler loaded LP i cant stand them.  No other texan bands caught my attention.

Gridlink is pretty cool but i keep that for occasional listens.  Im bummed i missed out on the LP that had both albums on it.

Skepticism has a great catalog but I keep their tunes for occasional listening

All Beherit gets good rotation around here.

Same goes for Profanatica but after hearing their newest EP Im starting to lose interest in the direction their going in.  Disgusting Blasphemies Against God is fucking awesome, even better than the debut. The song `Smashing Religious Fucking Statues`` brought back the Dethrone The Son Of God feel and is exactly what I love about this bands music.  I hope the newest LP spills forth the black cum that it promises.

I like Enthroned Is The Night the more I listen to it. That album just fills my house, i love the bass heavy sound.

Every time I hear Death The Brutal Way, i go and listen to Embrace The Death and The Rack right away.  The tracks shared on those two albums IS Asphyx, that was their mark, everything else is secondary and about half as good.

I have given each Master album more than enough chances but I have always found the lyrics a bit preachy.  Fuckin`Death is the one and only for me.

I like all Cianide. Except for the goofy intro lead to the song Luciferian Twilight

Lord Wind - Ales Stenar gets heavy play around my house. As soon as Atlantean Monument gets put on vinyl it will too.

I just gave the new Incantation a listen the other day , so I will have to give it a few more before forming an opinion.

Desecresy The Doom Skeptron is MASSIVE. Finnally bought it yesterday cant wait til it comes in the mail.

Abhor - Ab Luna Lucenti, Ab Noctua Protecti I listen to occasionally but every time i get around to it, i really enjoy it.

Summoning are kings.

I was referring to BLOOD.  What visions are painted in your heads when you play that album?

Cannibal Ritual sticks in my mind as one of the most shockingly intense and disturbing songs I have ever heard. How do you all feel about this track? and the rest of the album?

By the way Ulver is super gay and everybody should avoid their music, a 100% total sell in band from the beginning.
