"Opportunities are available in all walks of life in Australiaaaaaa
So if you're young and if you're healthy
Why not get a boat and come to Australiaaaaaaa?"

I think we live in times scarred by smitten ideologies, feigned values, fake prophets and endorsed idiocy where music carved out of passion and purpose today is very relevant and needed.

Is it just me or is there a new layout? I think I like it, although the amount of white is hard on the eyes, and the nesting of quotes sucks.

English is not my first language. I would like to be able to write like Prozak, Born for Banning, Conservationist, etc. What can I do and what should I read?

Please, don't learn to write like Conservationist. Prozak, on the other hand.

I thought they're all alter-egos. Thanks for the recommendation

I feel stupider by the day in my corporate job. Any suggested intellectually stimulating websites I can use to keep me from losing my mind? The viewpoints in the Zine section of this site, together with Amerika.org etc. are one lot. Others?

I don't know whether Asterix books - if they are comics in the traditional sense- (originally in French) are known of at all in the USA...but they are at the forefront in my part of the world (Asia) and in Europe as well (English translations). I find their use of the English language is at an exceptionally high level (supposedly the French originals are even better), while the ability to weave humour around historical events is also very good. Worth checking out:

A ruptured destiny
In this sullen and nameless void
Absolution or affinity
The will quite often is never the weapon of choice
Karma dancing on the palms of unseen stars
The screaming womb bleeds in the dark
The pulse of the earth beats like a stallion’s heart
And we navigate change while refusing to abandon the constants

For what we’ll never be is what we’ll become
Deep emotional paralysis with all four walls closing in
Sometimes pain comes with purpose – sometimes it hangs around just for fun
No straightjacket saviors or friends trying to fly far across the sun
From the cradle to ashes - from the ashes to the grave
Tattered earth stained with the faithless and the brave

Flesh, sin and bone
A silent crusade into the unknown
The serpent and the swan
The lamb and the jackal
The knight and the pawn
A beautiful mind dreams of twisted things
A scarring old hope that bleeds like a bird with shattered wings

Where will you be when all of this fades away?

Where will you be when I cling onto the edge of infinity?

Where will you be when the children of the night lament for their tortured & troubled tribe?

Where will you be when I drown within my emptiness one last time? My last tangible fragment of humanity

I think Freddie Mercury is cool. Never heard anyone consider him a metal hero?

emotional autism =/= emotionless.

Their emotions are like a retards. It's like a pendulum on drugs. That's why most of their porn makes people uncomfortable.

Is that why they sound like they're getting raped?
