This is fuckin' sick! The version I have was released by Relapse in '92, but this was originally released back around 1986, making it one of those great old grindcore records. And rightly so: it's godly. The sound is raw as fuck and the songs are all fast and groovy. When you hear Repulsion, you will hear where Mortician got much of their influence. There are 19 songs total and they all rule. The 'Excruciation' 7" is even better with the song "Helga (Lost Her Head)". Get this shit, pronto. If you don't like Repulsion, you're a fucking loser and you have no place in extreme metal.
