Four Lucan Emperors

Six track (Intro/Trial with all Gods/Vengeance/Vatican In Flames/Svata Krev/The Shedding of Holy Blood) blasphemous black metal assault from this four member Czech (not Polish) lot. Some of you might remember their other release on split with Maniac Butcher. Darkstorm of course has Barbarud and Vlad from Maniac Butcher, and the music is rooted in the same way.
This isn't quite as over the top and insane as Maniac Butcher, but it still rules. "Four Lucan Emperors" is more like a full bodied "Under a Funeral Moon" with Radim's psychotic vocals fueling each track. It's repetitive, it's simple, but it's also pure fucking black metal. And absolutely solid at that! Favorite tracks: "Trial with all Gods", and the nasty "The Shedding of Holy Blood".
