There was such a hype going on about this CD and when I finally got it I was soooo disappointed. But I kept playing it here and there and after a while I've noticed that despite the fact it didn't live up to the hype this does have some hidden qualities if you just give it enough time to develop. It's midpaced, mostly slow and always epic Heavy Metal and it's in no way comparable to WARLORD as their label tries to make us believe. But still, in this time of faceless clones they do stand out ! It's an odd piece of music and it demands a lot of attention at first but once it entered your mind your doomed indeed. And now, after some weeks of listening to it over and over again, I'm convinced that this has the potential to be a classic. If you can bring up the time to get acquainted with DOOMSWORDs timeless beauty you should run and buy it now !! Otherwise you'll be damn disappointed.
