Ungod are from Germany and I do believe they kick ass. Darkthrone-esque black metal well executed in a bestial manner. Great vocals with some totally cool songs of underproduced raw black metal. There's even some Fenriz - like drumming present. 'Silence In Golden The Halls Of Endless Hope' has this totally unfeeling clean vocal line that totally rules. 'Land Of Frozen Terms' is a strong fast paced number. There are really a great deal of good ideas on this disc. It is varied in paced and the riffs dominate. This album seems to have gone unnoticed by a great many, 'tis a shame cause it is genuinely dark release of quality black metal. Last note: Ungod bassist Shriekron is the self proclaimed genius of bestial love.
