Bestial Warlust
Vengeance War 'Til Death
[Modern Invasion]

Legendary record, hated by so many, worshiped by others. The finest Blasphemy clone without a doubt. Beherit went for Blasphemy cloning with their first few releases, but didn't have the tech skills to even be considered as so. Bestial Warlust, on the other hand, are what I would like to think Blasphemy WOULD have sounded like had they continued down the paths of EVIL, instead of the (junk) NEEDLE.

Vengeance War 'Til Death is a fine example of how sheer violence can translate into music. The CD breaks out like a barrage of napalm before slowing down for "Satanic". And when the band slow down, fuck, they don't do it for long! It's not to add in any worthless riffs or atmosphere either!

I had the band's demo as Corpse Molestation, and this really isn't far off from that. The vocals are a good deal changed, sure, but the music is quite similar. Better though, less organized, and more breakneck. Vengeance War 'Til Death is a fucking great album! Standouts are "Bestial Warlust", "Dweller of the Bottomless Pit", and the fucked around with "At the Graveyard of god" from the demo…
