GITR is a sub-label of Witchunt Records (huh? still around?), and DVKE is what I've heard to be a side project of Abigor, Pazuzu, and Summoning members. Darkwave is the key word here, and although a term that apparently hasn't been around forever, it nicely summarizes the music.
Summoning style piano/keyboard parts underneath light female singing, all producing a truly quality, and DARK product. The instruments really do bring to mind 'Minas Morgul', with sweeping keyboards, light drumming, and the occasional piano bit. Julia and Nora's vocals are EXACTLY what female vocals should sound like too: soft, angelic, and soothing - never distracting.
This is stirring and delicate music that will greatly affect either the blackest or most lightest moods that you have. A fine, fine change from metal if you feel the need.
