Dissecting Table
Human Breeding
[Release]

This is on my top ten ten list for "getting the roommate out of the building as quickly as possible." Dissecting Table is the Japanese creation of mastermind Ichiro Tsuji and is a fucking gargantuan of mechanical industry and ambient fusion. Consisting of inhuman growls, destructive tension, isolationist soundscapes, and a pounding base synth line, the tracks continuously and systematically build until an incredible wall of malevolent density hits the listener like a freight train. This is a collage of horror and it never fails to intrigue me, especially in contrast to most of that incessantly weak industrial crap giving the genre a terrible reputation these days.

Human Breeding is one of three Dissecting Table releases that I own now, the others being Zigoku and Life, and I have to say that while those two are also excessively outstanding, something about Human Breeding stands above the others. 4 weaving tracks of incredible suspense and terror, ranging from 9-15 minutes long, are led by obliterating bell attacks the entire way. Fans of serial killer noise (i.e. Whitehouse or Sutcliffe Jugend), cult industrial brutality (Brighter Death Now or MZ.412) or even those clinging to their "horrifying" Meshuggah and Wumpscut albums should eat this alive.
