From what I know Lacrimosa is a pretty well known gothrock band, and not only that also rather popular, and well for me that doesn't speak to highly for gothrock circles, as Lacrimosa is crap no ifs and buts about it, although I guess they do their thing well enough? that it's just their thing that is crap haha. One could maybe for the metalhead who isn't familiar with them, say that they sound a bit like the softer moments in Evereve. Occasionally a little metal drumming and guitar playing pops up, but it seems really out of place because everything else sounds as if it belongs on a pop album, and everything just falls apart from that. Why this band is popular I do not know, and why even metal people seem to like them is truely beyond my understanding...
