Sadomaniac
Sadomaniacal Desecration
[Rancor]

Limited to 33 copies?! What the fuck!?!? Goddammit! One of the best old school underground metal- type releases I heard in my life, and only 33 copies?! (Actually, only 33 cdrs, but 666 tapes were made, so it's not as limited as I first thought.)

Sadomaniac are pure gory proto-death/black metal/ deathcore, and to prove it, they do a wicked cool version of Slaughter's "Tales of the Macabre"!

Yeah the production is raw and minimalist, but it rules. If you missed out on the early Death tapes, or Slaughter's "Bloody Karnage" demo, you will love this shit! It rules!

Definitely for anyone who remembers early Death with Kam Lee (I bet Dementor and Skeletor could cover "Witch of Hell" pretty good!)

Ending this CDR is a hilarious and headbangin AC/DC moshcore death banger-tribute. This better be re-released, hopefully by one of the only labels with balls these days, like Decius, Unsung Heroes, or Barbarian Wrath. And only 15 minutes long? Too short mein freund!

1. Triumph Through Terror
2. I Shall Inherit the Throne of Hell
3. Funeral Lust
4. Tales of the Macabre*
5. Sacrificial Meathook Impalement
6. Lacerating Metal Vengeance

PS. This is slower but way better than Dementor's low-fi speedy Beherit- type black metal side project Song of Melkor, which can be heard on the Cross Sodomy/ Rampage/ S.O.M. three-way split cdr through Unsung Heroes.
