This Australian band certainly released the best thrash/black metal MLP for the year of 2001. They are much more influenced by thrash metal bands (or even Heavy metal bands !) than by black metal, but they manage to create a "one of a kind" mix between both styles, I never heard a band playing so good BM with "heavy metal" guitar solos & thrash metal feeling (sometimes it reminds me a bit of METALLICA's early days). They are very skilled as musicians, even if they had previously released only a 7" EP called "Warlore" in 1999 on the Australian label Bleed Records. The first 4 tracks of this MCD are the EP tracks, and the fifth track is a "new" one, recorded in June '00. I think this MCD is still available altough it is limited to 500 pieces, if you can buy it do not hesitate, it is really a killer and this will probably be a collector in a couple of years (such as ANTAEUS' first MCD or MUSTA SURMA's "Riena", for sure !). But notice this band belongs to the NSBM scene...
