Decayed
Ten Years Of Steel
[Hiberica]

Long-running Portugese blasphemers Decayed celebrate the band's ten-year anniversary with a live album full of classics spanning their entire career. Despite being only two members, they pull it off pretty well. They use a drum machine live, and the bassist/vocalist and guitarist take the Venom approach to sound: distort the bass and pan it left, distort the guitar and pan it right, and BANG! The band's style of blasphemy (Bathory crossed with Venom) comes across fantastically, and all of the band's classics are included, even an abbreviated version of "Death Chimes of Armageddon" and a fucked-up cover medley that goes into a blues jam! Just get it, already, unless you're a Chrsitian scumbag or like mallcore. . .
