Disharmonic Black Metal is what this obscure German band plays. I heard it had also released a split CDR with another German BM band, WERHAMMER, before this CD, but that's all I know about this band (if you can help, please write !). The label is also completely unknown (Torment Records), and as this release is limited to 300 pieces only, I can guess they really didin't entered this business to become popular and to make big money...

I have to be clear, this kind of Black Metal can be listened to only by some "expert" ears, not every human being can listen to such strange music. It reminds me of some ABSURD parts (although it's completely different on the musical point of view) as the structure of the tracks seems to be completely nihilistic (but in fact it has an aim : destroying your soul !) The pace is VERY slow, which makes it harder to listen to (it would have been easier if some speedy drummer had been there) and which creates a really heavy and dark atmosphere... I guess this guy -obviously there's only one person (? is he really human ?) behind this crazy project - must have listened too much to ABRUPTUM's demos then he got completely insane...

Anyway, listening to this kind of CD is really an interesting experience if you are able to do so (I guess C.O.F. -or goth- lovers couldn't listen to more than 1 minute of this release...), this shows the deepest limits of Black Metal, as I don't think something darker could be created one day... This release will get no mark, as it is beyond any description... be your own judge !
