DECAYED's first album, "The conjuration of the southern circle", presents a very good underground thrash/black metal band from Portugal (probably the best band in the style from this country). Their style was not really different from their actual one, there were at the time strong SLAYER, VENOM & BATHORY influences, together with this "thrash metal attitude" that would never leave them. Also note there is a little use of keyboards, but don't worry they just appear sometimes, briefly and are not used as "background shitty music" ! On this CD, the band was made of 4 people, including a drummer, what gave it more power than on the latest recordings in my opinion, but this is not a point of view shared by everybody, so... I think the CD was limited, but Drakkar is supposed to re-release it this year so you should be able to find it easily soon.
