I have been looking for this promo incessantly for years. It's like the holy grail of BM demos for me; I don't know why, it just is! The music on here is similar to Aura Noir (later material) and in other ways, entirely different (though similar to other projects of Carl). The music is a great hybrid of jazz dissonance/ambience intertwined with melodic trash in the DIRECT vein of Sodom, Destruction, Bathory, and of course Hellhammer, of whom we all know was unduly raped by the later doings of Fenriz and Carl. Consider the vocals of their side project "Ved Buens Ende" mixed in with the thrash aspect of Aura Noir, and you have understood this promo. Really one of the best demos I have ever heard if the truth be known. Those wailing vocals of Carl-Michael have always been a favorite of mine, and mixed with the utter creativity of the music, this is very powerful. Excellent material.
