Infamous / Ordo Sanguinis Noctis Split Released

In the midst of the coronavirus devastating Italy, melodic Sardinian black metal act Infamous recently released a new track entitled “Forza e Onore” on a split with Ordo Sanguis Noctis entitled Strength and Honour/ Consecration of Mossy Sanctuary. With “Forza e Onore” mastermind S.A. explores familiar melodies with perhaps a greater sense of violence and urgency than those tracks which appeared on the previous full length.

  1. Non-Italian says:

Too bad the album was so lame.
He somehow loses the sense of darkness completely.
I would have liked a whole album like this, or a step further beyond TEMPESTA.

    1. I am the bwack lizards says:

      “somehow”

it’s because all the interesting riffs have happy-go-lucky melodies. also the pacing of composition is more lackadaisical when it should be urgent so the songs don’t possess any internal conflict to invest yourself in. tempesta had the same problem but it still sounds cool so like whatever i guess.

    2. Flying Kites says:

Darkness? The music provides in abundance if described in a way to emphasize unfolding of mental clarity. I’ll take a relisten to a significant section that created the most obvious sense of such at the last or second to last track.
