Eureka Heights Final Boss Imperial IPA (2025)

Despite the hipstery iconography, everyone wants to love this beer… but it is an IPA with a sweet aftertaste, like banging a Sprite after having a nice austere IPA. For this reason, it drops out of the running among the indie microbrew offerings for alcoholism in Texas.

The hipsters are odious and must perish in the ovens, we all agree!, but their beers are exceptional because they bypass the sweet soda-pop normie standard in favor of nice, bitter beers that bring out the flavor of both fermented barley and hops.

This beer however rotates back toward the Bud Light standard with a sweet aftertaste that dominates everything else, making it feel a lot like a cheeseburger or donut. While this brewery should be dominating, they are pitching toward the wrong audience and the waffling result is unsatisfying.
